FIFO Chefs:
Requirements
* Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 2 years FIFO Chef/Sous Chef experience on mine sites
* Experience across batch cooking, breakfast, pastry and salads
Role Details
* Day shift: $47.69/hr | Night shift: $51.12/hr
* Prepare meals for people
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Stock control and inventory management
FIFO Utilities:
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years FIFO Utility experience
* Mine site experience in housekeeping, kitchen hand and cleaning duties
Role Details
* Day shift: $42.15/hr | Night shift: $45.59/hr
* Housekeeping of dongas and facilities
* Mine site and village cleaning
* Kitchen assistance and dishwashing
