About the RoleJoin Team Rehab Solutions as a Speech Pathologist to deliver community-based care across the Sunshine Coast, supporting NDIS, aged care, and DVA programs and grow clinically.We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting.In this role, you will:Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), and other programs.Support clients with:Communication challengesSwallowing and feeding difficultiesAnd more ++Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more.Deliver services in homes, clinics, and community settings.What We OfferDedicated Mentorship & Growth: Mentoring sessions with senior clinicians to support your continuous development.
