* Lead and train the Reception team to deliver outstanding service and achieve key performance indicators.
* Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries while driving business targets.
* Own rostering and scheduling to ensure peak service at all times.
* Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings with ease.
* Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming reception, café, and retail areas.
