What you'll do :
* Lead planning, delivery and oversight of multiple data assurance engagements including data quality assessments, governance frameworks and compliance testing
* Manage and mentor a team of associates and senior associates fostering their technical skills and professional growth
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic data challenges and advising on best practices to improve data processes and controls
* Oversee complex data analytics and testing to identify risks, data integrity issues and control gaps ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
* Prepare and present clear actionable reports and insights to senior client stakeholders supporting strategic decision‑making
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and contribute to PwC's thought leadership in data assurance
What we're looking for :
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields with CA / CPA or relevant professional qualifications preferred
* Proven experience (typically 4 years) in data assurance, data analytics, external audit or related fields with demonstrable leadership responsibilities
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliverables
* Excellent communication, influencing and client management skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
* A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to developing high‑performing teams
