While AU and NZ will be your primary focus, you'll also support broader regional change activities across APAC and other markets when required.
You will design and deliver change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption of key strategic technology initiatives, operating within a global, scalable change framework that supports both product management and deployment functions.

* Identify risks and resistance, develop mitigation strategies and support leaders and their teams through transitions
* Integrate change management activities into project plans
* Manage the input, collation, and output of the change management reporting across delegated projects.
* Capture data, define success metrics, and report progress, issues, and roadblocks to Senior Leadership
* Coach and consult with project teams on change management practices.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen organisational resilience to change.
* Support leaders in embedding the behavioural and cultural shifts required by change initiatives.
* Work effectively within a global team across multiple time zones.
Who You Are

You may hold a tertiary qualification or certification in Organisational Change Management, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

As part of the global Corporate Change team, you'll have opportunities to learn from, be supported by, and collaborate with experienced peers across multiple regions.
Your strengths include:
* Strong negotiation, facilitation, consultation, and communication skills
* Ability to coach, guide and support others
