Role Summary
Scania is recruiting for a Sales Manager; you will lead all sales activity, driving performance, profitable growth and customer value.
What You Will Do
* Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and market plans to achieve agreed targets
* Structure and manage sales operations to enable a clear, disciplined, and proactive sales process
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve capability and overall sales performance
* Drive collaboration between sales and other departments to support customer outcomes
* Support the team with complex customer complaints and coordination of aftersales queries
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement across sales activities
* Identify and manage sales and commercial risks in collaboration with corporate stakeholders
Who You Are
* Proven experience leading and developing a high‐performing sales team
* Strong capability in sales strategy, pipeline management, and commercial planning
* Confident coach and leader with the ability to drive consistent performance
* Structured, proactive approach with a strong focus on results and improvement
* Collaborative mindset and strong customer focus
