About Us
Orion Aluminium is a growing, quality-focused fabricator specialising in premium aluminium windows and doors for the high-end residential market.
We work closely with builders, architects, and homeowners to deliver precise, reliable, beautifully finished products.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales function from our new Botany showroom, strengthen client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth.
This role requires a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of sales management experience to lead our sales function effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the residential sales pipeline
Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into orders
Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, and homeowners
Extensive background in the construction and building industry is required to effectively engage with builders and architects
Oversee quoting accuracy and ensure margins meet business targets
Prepare and follow up on quotes, variations, and project updates
Conduct site visits when required
Work closely with production and installation teams
Provide weekly sales reporting to the Director
Always ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in aluminium windows and doors (AWS experience highly regarded)
Proven sales skills with a track record of hitting targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to read plans and understand technical details
Strong quoting and negotiation ability
High level of professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
