Accessory Fitter – Pacific Motor Group (Sunshine Coast)

Pacific Motor Group is one of the Sunshine Coast's leading automotive groups, representing multiple award‐winning brands across our dealership network. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our Pre‐Delivery team in Caloundra.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and thrives in a fast‐paced workshop environment.
About the Role
As an experienced Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a range of genuine and aftermarket accessories across new and used vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Towbars, bullbars, and nudge bars
* Roof racks, trays, and canopies
* Side steps, snorkels, lights, and electrical accessories
* Reversing cameras, dash cam and infotainment accessories
* Carry out basic wiring and electrical fitment work
* Ensure all fitments meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
* Maintain clean, organised workspaces and follow workshop procedures
* Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely delivery outcomes
* Complete job cards and documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories (essential)
* Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
* Auto electrical experience highly regarded (but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* A positive attitude and team‐first mindset
