* Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients, maintaining quality and governance across deliverables.

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants and sharing technical knowledge.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration.

* Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.

* Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects.

* Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable).

* Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable).

* Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops.

* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
