Business Home Lending Manager
As a Business Home Lending Manager, you will support Westpac Group's Business customers with their home lending needs, serving as the primary point of contact for local Business Bankers from whom you shall receive direct referrals, enabling you to gauge strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Based within our VIC Commercial Centres or SME / SB regions, you will collaborate closely with Lending Managers and key banking channels across Commercial and SME Banking to provide tailored home loan solutions for a diverse customer base.
You will proactively engage with customers and brokers – primarily over the phone / video – clearly communicating our value proposition and ensuring a seamless lending experience. You will be accountable for driving positive NPS results and achieving settlement targets through effective relationship management and service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong Banking or Financial Services experience coupled with an understanding of complex credit policies
* Experience in a customer‑facing / phone‑based sales role
* Ability to travel to customers as needed (own vehicle required and KMs reimbursed)
* High‑performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong relationships
* Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional stakeholder service
