About the Role
This role will actively ensure we deliver our products and services on time to our customers maintaining, inspecting and testing essential portable fire safety equipment. It will require a mixture of time in the office, out in the field and focusing on customer engagement. You will have the full support of a dedicated, experienced and stable leadership team committed to providing you with the training needed to be successful together with the option of ongoing upskilling.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning, organising and supervising all activities of the Portable Fire Equipment Technicians to ensure achievement of agreed objectives.
* Meeting Key Performance Indicators including quality, performance, profitability and growth all with relevant standards and with Wormald business practices in mind.
* Managing portable operations in accordance with site requirements, contributing to client contract meetings and actions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all fire equipment needs.
* Managing service contracts effectively, including overseeing contract KPIs, ensuring service delivery meets expectations, and resolving disputes promptly.
* Leading, mentoring, training and supervising your team and ensuring consistency of processes and procedures.
* Accountable for the leadership, budget, safety and performance of your designated team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience with supervising Portable Fire Equipment Servicing is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards
* Strong people management skills including an ability to effectively manage and lead a team
* Strong computer and communication skills. Previous Pronto Experience will be highly regarded.
* Experience with monthly forecasting and reporting
* A valid Australian Drivers' Licence
