This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with customer enquiries, handling cash transactions, maintaining attendance records, and supporting internal and external events.Job DescriptionCustomer Service & Front DeskMeet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Direct customers to the appropriate departments or staff members.Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.Staff & AttendanceMonitor staff movements in and out of the dealership.Keep and maintain an accurate attendance register.Support management with basic HR administrative requirements linked to attendance.Cashier & Banking DutiesProcess payments from customers (cash, card, EFTs).
Issue receipts accurately and ensure correct record-keeping.Perform daily banking and reconciliation of cash received.Ensure secure handling of all monies in line with company policies.Events & AdministrationAssist in the organisation and coordination of company events, launches, and promotions.Liaise with suppliers, customers, and staff regarding event requirements.Prepare and distribute communications and invitations for events.Provide general administrative support as required.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalentComputer literatePrevious experience in a receptionist or cashier role (advantageous).
