Midwifery Leadership Opportunity
This permanent role will see you lead the clinical and operational management of our Ambulatory Services, including Women's Health Clinics, Homecare and Medi-Hotel Services, Lactation Services, and Virtual midwifery models of care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals in a collaborative environment, promoting a culture of woman-centred care, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient services and patient safety.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve clinical and operational outcomes
* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organisational goals
* Mentoring and supporting staff to enhance their skills and performance

Suitable applicants will possess a strong background in midwifery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage a clinical cost centre. A tertiary qualification in Midwifery (or working towards) is highly desirable, as is experience in change management and leadership.
