Responsibilities
Machine wipe and build.
Brief Quality Assurance testing.
Updating Cherwell CMDB records.
Managing project support tickets.
Engaging with users of varying levels of computer literacy and ensuring the retrieval of existing PCs.
Reporting and collaborating with other team members, BAU, and business stakeholders.
Preparing retired PCs for disposal.
Regional Depot Support: Two team members will travel to regional depots to swap machines, provide on-site user support, and partially progress the wipe and build of received machines where feasible.
Qualifications
Providing enterprise level technical support and customer-oriented service experience.
Ability to work on the client site.
Experience with supporting Windows OS.
Experience with supporting the Office365 suite of applications.
ITIL v3, MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded.
Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands.
Ability to work unsupervised on client sites.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
