Overview
Dimattina Coffee is looking for a creative and confident Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life online. This hands-on, varied role covers everything from creating engaging social content and managing multiple accounts to supporting campaigns and keeping our digital presence fresh. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to shape our brand story, grow our community, and create content with the same consistency our coffee is known for.
What you’ll do
- Manage the social media content calendar across multiple accounts, creating and scheduling engaging posts (text, photo, video) aligned with our brand voice and goals.
- Capture and edit iPhone content (especially video) that feels authentic, trend-aware, and on-brand.
- Monitor and engage with followers (DMs, comments, tagged posts) to build our coffee community.
- Assist marketing manager with photographer/videographer coordination, helping brief shoots, share content ideas, and organize deliverables.
- Monitor performance with regular reports and flag opportunities to make our content and campaigns even better.
- Keep an eye on platform changes and trends to keep Dimattina visible and relevant.
- Support digital campaigns and assist the Marketing Manager with strategy execution.
- Light email support: building and scheduling campaigns using templates.
- Light website support: updating product content and seasonal changes.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, community engagement, and managing digital campaigns.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
- Confidence with core social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. Familiarity with email and website platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager.
- Willingness to get in front of the camera and help bring our brand personality to life.
- A curious, proactive nature, always looking to test, learn, and grow.
