Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our soil, water and air testing operations.
About The Role:
* You will serve as the primary point of contact for EHS clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of their queries.
* Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing samples, supporting laboratory workflows, and providing timely updates on sample receipt and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support to clients, couriers, and internal teams through effective communication channels.
* Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients by maintaining clear records of meetings and discussions.
* Promote SGS's services through quotation preparation or organisation assistance with client inquiries regarding samples turnaround times;
