The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll coordination or support, strong knowledge of payroll processes, awards, and agreements. They will be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, work independently and collaboratively as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the vendor to ensure timely and accurate results
* Respond to inquiries via email or phone and escalate as necessary
* Maintain data and reporting tools accurately
* Assist with workers' compensation claims and related reporting
