You will be responsible for maintaining strong financial governance, leading a geographically dispersed accounting team, and partnering closely with senior finance and operational leaders to support business performance.This role offers a blend of hands-on technical accounting, people leadership, and strategic collaboration.### What You'll DoKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Lead and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team across Bundall and Clark locations* Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with group policies and accounting standards* Manage the external audit process and maintain strong relationships with auditors and professional advisors* Ensure all taxation obligations are met across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, including GST, BAS, FBT, income tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing requirements* Review balance sheet reconciliations monthly and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items* Coordinate the preparation and lodgement of annual and half-year statutory financial reports* Maintain robust financial controls and identify opportunities to strengthen control environments* Oversee intercompany accounting processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place* Lead the annual budgeting process for club and resort operations* Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making* Foster a strong team culture aligned with company values, ensuring staff capability, engagement, and ongoing development### What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will bring:* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting with **CA or CPA certification*** Demonstrated experience leading and developing accounting teams* Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise (IFRS experience essential)* Solid taxation knowledge across multiple jurisdictions* Experience working in complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environments* Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet regular reporting deadlines* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Hospitality or resort industry experience highly regarded### How You'll Be RewardedBuild your career with a values-driven organisation that invests in its people.
