This is ahigh-impact contract rolewithin a fast-paced product and design team, working on complexomni-channel initiativesthat span the entire customer shopping journey.
You will play a key role in shaping solutions acrossOnline Shop, Order Management, Fulfilment, and Last Mile Delivery, ensuring a seamless and connected experience for customers.
This role offers a flexiblehybrid working model, with the head office based in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
Engage with business stakeholders across the enterprise.
Lead product discovery, define product vision, and contribute to the organisation-wide product roadmap.
Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage product roadmaps across several squads.
Act as a design leader—owning product vision, direction, and customer experience.
Set objectives & key results (OKRs) and contribute to business case development.
What You'll Bring
Strong practical understanding of digital products and end-to-end customer communications.
Significant experience as aProduct Manager/ Senior Product Managerworking on omni-channel roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and shape a customer-centric experience.
Experience working withinAgile teams and frameworks.
Passion for driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strategic thinking with a strong grasp of business drivers and commercial dynamics.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle, SDLC, MVP principles, and iterative development.
Highly analytical mindset—able to leverage data and insights for prioritisation and decision-making.
Strong capability in understanding user needs and translating them into business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications & Capabilities
Experience in IT Product Management.
Proven ability to create product vision, strategy, and lead product direction.
Ability to lead change and advocate for end users while influencing stakeholders effectively.
Persuasive and open communication style.
Ability to translate customer needs into clear product and technical requirements.
Strong industry awareness with the ability to position products within a competitive landscape.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies to inform product evolution.
