The role

We are recruiting for an Account Specialist to join our team in Mickleham, working on one of our client sites. You'll play a key role in developing client relationships and helping them fulfill their recruitment needs, managing daily operations, and handling administrative tasks such as time sheets and health & safety compliance. You'll thrive here if you're resilient, a quick learner, and ready for a challenging role.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for our InHouse Services team
* Manage a wide range of administrative tasks
* Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate a smooth interview and placement process, ensuring top talent is delivered to clients
* Act as a mobile support for various client accounts, showing resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
About you
* A minimum of 1 year of basic administrative background who is eager to learn and grow
* You should be driven by a passion for client management and good at relationship building
* As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships
* You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results
* We're looking for someone who's shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
