Financial Analyst position supporting the University Financial Services.
Base Salary $121,508 - $137,032 + 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
Partner with finance teams and key stakeholders to ensure financial solutions align with business requirements.
Deliver complex analysis to generate strategic insights across a diverse range of financial matters within the cluster.
Support cluster-wide consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis of actuals, plans, budgets, and forecasts, including the preparation of insightful management reports.
Contribute to the development of annual client plans that identify the current key issues and needs for the client portfolio.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and new initiatives within both wider Financial Services and across Faculties and Schools.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience using PowerBI and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working as a Finance Analyst or equivalent within a large and complex organisation.
Proven ability to provide strategically aligned financial insights, sound financial management, decision support, advice and analysis to a varied client group, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Extensive experience in building complex financial reporting and analysis, budget / forecast preparation and analysis, KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
Proactive engagement with key stakeholders in the client portfolio.
Verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling a wide range of enquiries.
Flexible, agile approach with a focus on contributing to overall team success.
