Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Canberra. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction, fitout, and refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising inspections, optimizing logistics operations, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
* Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor for timely delivery of materials and services
* Capabilities in Inspection processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
* Experience in Logistics Management, including planning and resource allocation
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to oversee multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with construction regulations and safety protocols
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Proven experience in managing construction, fitout, or refurbishment projects is advantageous
