Job Description
- Develop and implement child safety risk management frameworks aligned with public sector standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential child safety concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with child safety regulations and policies.
- Provide expert advice on risk management strategies related to child safety initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops on child safety and risk management practices.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to the regulatory requirements in the public sector.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in risk assessment.
- A strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure all processes meet required standards.
