Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking an experienced National Technical Specialist - Filler, Capper & Product Process to lead technical excellence, capability uplift, and continuous improvement across our national manufacturing network.
Reporting to the National Asset Reliability Manager, this is a senior technical role suited to a hands-on specialist who enjoys working on the factory floor, developing people, and solving complex process and equipment challenges.
You will be based at one of our manufacturing sites and will regularly travel to other Nu-Pure sites to support performance, reliability, and best-practice standards.
What you'll be responsible for
Technical Training & Capability
1. Design and deliver structured filler, capper, and product process training for Operators through to Senior Maintenance Technicians
2. Mentor site teams and embed consistent national technical standards
3. Build long-term technical capability and knowledge
