We don't just move parcels. We deploy AI-powered logistics infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, UK, Netherlands, US, and Japan so e-commerce brands can scale globally without the operational headache.
Now we need someone who can sit at the intersection of logistics operations, client strategy, and AI‐driven decision‐making. Not someone who manages workflows. Someone who reimagines them.
What a Week Actually Looks Like
Forget the generic bullet points. Here's what this role looks like in practice:
Monday: A client in the Netherlands flags a spike in delivery exceptions. You pull platform data, use AI to isolate the pattern, and identify it's a carrier routing issue specific to certain postcodes. You have a solution back to the client before their next morning.
Tuesday: A client requests a full stocktake reconciliation across two warehouses. You pull the data from the platform, use AI to cross‐reference inventory records against inbound and outbound movements, flag the discrepancies, and send the client a clear summary with recommended adjustments. They expected it by end of week. You had it back to them by lunch.
Wednesday: Melbourne pick rates dropped 12% over the weekend. You use AI analytics to diagnose the root cause, find it's a SKU slotting issue triggered by a new product launch, and restructure the warehouse logic. What would have taken two days of manual investigation takes you 45 minutes.
Thursday: A prospective client in the US wants to understand how your platform handles multi‐country fulfilment. You build a custom demo walkthrough using AI‐generated insights from their product data, showing exactly how their supply chain would work across three markets. The sales team didn't ask you to do this. You just saw the opportunity.
Friday: You're mentoring a junior team member on how to use AI tools to automate their weekly client reporting. What used to take them half a day now takes 20 minutes. You're not just doing the work, you're multiplying the team.
That's the job. Operational problems, AI‐powered solutions, client impact, team development. Every week.
Core Responsibilities Logistics Operations × AI
* Diagnose and resolve fulfilment challenges across multiple warehouses, carriers, and countries using AI‐assisted analysis
* Use platform data and AI analytics to surface patterns, predict bottlenecks, and implement solutions before they become client‐facing problems
* Own inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and delivery metrics across our global network
Platform Intelligence
* Master our logistics platform and its AI capabilities to drive operational improvements
* Configure platform settings for specific client requirements across diverse markets
* Collaborate with the tech team to enhance platform functionality based on real operational needs
Client Partnership
* Own client issues from first contact to resolution, using the platform and AI tools to diagnose and solve problems in real time rather than escalating
* Translate complex logistics data into clear, actionable recommendations clients can use immediately
* Proactively identify opportunities to optimise client supply chains using AI and automation
* Conduct platform training and create documentation that makes clients self‐sufficient
Team Multiplication
* Mentor team members on how to leverage AI as a daily operational tool, not a side project
* Build SOPs that embed AI into standard workflows
* Lead cross‐functional initiatives that measurably improve efficiency
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Base salary: $120,000–$140,000. But that's not the full picture.
Quarterly Bonus: Hit your KPIs and earn one additional month's salary, every quarter.
KPIs are set collaboratively at the start of each quarter, covering operational metrics, client outcomes, and platform adoption.
That's up to $140K OTE, with up to 4 extra months' salary per year for consistent high performance.
Structured, transparent, and designed to reward the people who actually move the needle. No politics.
This Role Is NOT For You If...
* You think AI is a fad or a gimmick
* You wait to be told what to optimise
* You need a playbook for every situation
* You treat "that's not my job" as an acceptable answer
* You default to escalating problems instead of owning them
* You're more comfortable with spreadsheets than with experimenting with new tools
* You see client problems as interruptions rather than opportunities
* You can't thrive in a fast‐paced environment where global logistics means something is always moving, always urgent, and always across multiple time zones
If you read that list and felt called out, we're probably not the right fit. If you read it and thought "obviously," keep reading.
What You Bring Non‐Negotiables
* Logistics expertise: hands‐on experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
* Technical proficiency: strong aptitude with WMS platforms, logistics tech, and data tools
* AI fluency: you actively use AI tools in your workflow as a multiplier, not a novelty
* Customer focus: proven success in client‐facing roles within logistics or e‐commerce
* Education: university degree
* Communication: excellent English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Will Set You Apart
* International shipping or cross‐border logistics experience
* Experience with SaaS platforms or tech‐enabled services
* Data analysis and reporting skills (bonus if AI‐assisted)
* Experience with API integrations or technical troubleshooting
* Mandarin language skills
Our Hiring Process
Most companies test whether you can do logistics. We test whether you can do logistics at the speed AI enables. That's the difference.
Stage 1: Application review (CV + LinkedIn)
Stage 2: Initial interview
Stage 3: AI Proficiency Assessment
Stage 4: Final interview and offer
AI Proficiency Assessment: A practical, real‐world logistics scenario designed to test how you think with AI, not whether you've heard of it. We're looking for people who can use AI to solve operational problems creatively and efficiently. This isn't a trick test. It's the job.
If the idea of an AI test excites you rather than intimidates you, you're our kind of person.

* Based at our Sydney (Chipping Norton) operations hub, 5 days a week, embedded in the action
