Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leadership Retail Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
In this key leadership role, you will support the store manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service and presentation excellence
* Assist in managing store operations including stock control, merchandising, and team performance
* Oversight of training, development, and performance conversations
* Ensure a safe and compliant store environment
* Drive additional sales through up-selling and effective product recommendations
Key Requirements:
* Proven leadership skills with experience in retail management
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
