Location – Tuggerah, NSW

We’re proud to announce our newest store in Tuggerah, located in the Home Co Shopping Centre – a vibrant, high-traffic retail destination in the heart of the Central Coast.

With free parking, close to public transport and a strong local customer base, this new store combines career growth potential with everyday lifestyle convenience.

Employment Type – Permanent part-time

Roster – 3 positions available

Role 1 – 14 Hours

- Tuesday: 11:00am-4:00pm
- Wednesday: 12:45pm-5:45pm
- Sunday: 9:45am-5:15pm

Role 2 – 14.5 Hours

- Wednesday: 8:30am-1:30pm
- Friday: 12:30pm-5:00pm
- Saturday: 12:00pm-5:00pm

Role 3 – 12.5 Hours

- Wednesday: 10:00am-2:00pm
- Thursday: 9:30am-2:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm-4:40pm

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
- Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

About You

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team

- Prior Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
- Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Recruitment Process

1. Apply Online – Submit your application through our careers portal.
2. Application Review – Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
3. Video Interview – If your profile is a match, you’ll be invited to complete a short online video interview.
4. Assessment Centre – Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre on either 23 or 24 September 2025 (location to be confirmed).
5. Pre-Employment Checks – If successful, we will begin pre-employment checks.
6. Offer & Contract – Once checks are complete and satisfactory, we’ll issue your employment contract.
7. Start Date –Employment to commence 3-4 weeks before (depending on position) the grand opening.
8. Grand Opening – The store officially opens on 13 December 2025!

- If you have leave planned during the seasonal period (including public holidays), please let us know. If your roster includes a public holiday, you will be required to work on that day.
