**Visual Merchandising Professional**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our lifestyle fashion brand in Canberra. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and design, with the ability to create engaging displays that inspire customers and drive results.
The ideal candidate will be able to interpret visual directives and apply creative flair to suit store layouts and customer demographics. They will be responsible for planning, designing and executing visual merchandising displays aligned with brand direction, seasonal campaigns and key product focuses.
The role involves collaborating with the Store Manager and Head Office teams to deliver consistent visual standards across all areas of the store. In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
They will be collaborative, communicative and confident working as part of a close-knit store leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
