As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you'll bring energy, professionalism and motivation to aquatic group fitness classes that support health, confidence and wellbeing. You'll work in a supportive, team-focused environment and play a key role in delivering high-quality aquatic fitness experiences that keep our community moving.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise participant safety and exercise technique
* Create motivating, inclusive aquatic workouts
* Provide excellent customer service to participants
* Set up, maintain and pack away equipment
* Communicate with participants about individual needs
* Follow class structure, protocols and timetables
* Report equipment or facility issues promptly
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* Certification in aqua fitness instruction
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Experience teaching group fitness classes
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Availability across varied days and times
* Understanding of health and fitness industry trends
* National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
(AusActive registration or industry equivalent is desirable.)
