This role involves receiving and resolving customer queries, assigning tasks to the correct personnel, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in managing incoming service-related calls, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and triage all assigned software support calls.
* Assign software support cases to the correct technician.
* Receive and manage incoming customer requests.
* Coordinate with field service and sales teams to ensure scheduled software support work is completed as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted customer service position.
* 3 years of office administration experience.
* Experience in managing and triaging incoming service-related calls.
* Computer experience and literacy with Microsoft office suite of products.
