Overview
QIA Group is seeking an Estimator or office professional with attention to detail to compile reports for Sinking Funds, Valuations, Asset Registers, Safety, Fire and Asbestos reports for body corporate and strata clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality reports for clients and share expertise with other team members.
* Review site-sourced information and compile reports for Sinking Funds, Insurance Valuations, Asset Registers, Safety, Fire and Asbestos.
* Work as part of a dynamic and friendly team of professionals skilled in producing reports for the Body Corporate Industry.
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation and data entry with a focus on accuracy.
* Support the full reporting process from data collection to finalisation; participate in training provided.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally 3 to 5 years of general estimating experience.
* Experience compiling Sinking Funds, Insurance Valuations, Maintenance Budgets, Asset Reports preferred but not essential.
* Strong verbal and written English language skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
* Background in building, trade services, or estimating is a plus but not required; openness to transitioning from related fields.

The position is full-time in our Northern Gold Coast Office, in a friendly and harmonious office environment. QIA Group provides reports to body corporate and strata communities Australia-wide for residential, commercial and aged care clients.
