Your New Role
Manitou Center Sydney is seeking a proactive, customer‐focused Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our dealership team. In this role you will develop strong relationships with end customers to drive After Sales revenue growth and act as the bridge between "New Equipment Sales" and "After Sales".
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Showcase your people skills and build strong customer relationships, conducting field visits and face‐to‐face interactions to understand customer needs.
* Sales & Growth: Proactively prospect for new customers, utilizing various sales techniques such as cold calling, referrals and networking to secure sales opportunities. Generate leads and drive direct sales in line with KPIs set by the Center Manager through on‐the‐ground interactions.
* Coordination: Accurately coordinate and present quotes for parts, services, and solutions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service and Parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Planning: Schedule weekly field visits and leverage our CRM system for efficient record‐keeping.
Skills & Experience
* Preferred: Sound understanding of equipment, heavy machinery or related industries, or a relevant trade qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Outgoing attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Results‐oriented and highly motivated self‐starter.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and time‐management skills.
* Essential: A current NSW driver's licence.
