About the Role:
This role involves working primarily on-site at our Melbourne office, with flexible hours and work-from-home options available. The Hardware team develops power electronics systems to achieve Relectrify's mission of engineering the future of battery energy storage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing BMS (Battery Management Systems) using second-life batteries
* Designing power converters using mathematical analysis, modelling and simulation
* Providing specialised engineering support in power electronics for battery management
* Maintaining suitable documentation of work conducted
Requirements:
* Bachelor/Masters/PhD in electrical/electronic engineering
* Experience in battery management systems (BMS)
* Planning and managing innovative power electronics projects
* Design verification, including production validation
