Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work across several Perth sites. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week. THE POSITION • Prepare, cook and present high quality meals • Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating • Support all stations and areas of the kitchen • Follow health and safety and food safety standards • Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow THE PERSON • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent • Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail • High energy with professional presentation • Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate • Must have or able to obtain National Police check and Working with children check WA THE BENEFITS • Above award pay • Work for one of the largest contract catering organisations worldwide • Opportunities to move into permanent positions • Access to training and development pathways We are committed to a fair and accessible recruitment process.
