Reporting to General Manager, our client now have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing Payroll in Xero
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable and expenses related tasks
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Credit control
- Reporting: sales, purchases and stock
- Assist with audits
- Record keeping & data entry
- General administrative duties
- Any other duties as directed by management
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven payroll, accounts payable and receivable experience.
- High level attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in similar role
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & BI
