In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.
Your responsibilities
1. Assisting customers via phone, email and face to face.
2. Prepare quotations for sales representatives.
3. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
4. Ensure order fulfillment by accurately entering Sales Orders and Purchase Orders into the system.
5. Liaise with the warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
