About the Role - Admin Assistant (Bilingual - English & Chinese)
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features and functions of our property management operational systems and technology platform
* Provide task/workflow-based administrative focused support from case opening until the job get done
* Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders through emails/calls/in person
* Ability to work independantly and automously with least supervision, able to identify, assess & prioritise tasks, plan and own work-calendar with timely follow-up and get tasks completed
* Customer service oriented and a real people person
The ideal candidate will possess the following
* Switched-on, Result-driven with positive "can-do" attitude
* Excellent communication & interpersonal communication skills in bilingual proficiency at business level (Chinese & English)
* Team player with ability to fit in a fast-paced environment
