Your Responsibilities
As an Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hostel. Your key duties will include:
* Supervising and training staff (reception, housekeeping, maintenance).
* Ensuring an excellent guest experience by addressing needs and handling feedback.
* Enforcing hostel rules and maintaining high standards.
* Managing bookings and optimizing room occupancy.
* Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.
* Handling conflicts and ensuring a harmonious environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in hostel, hotel, or hospitality management (minimum 1 year).
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Ability to handle stress and unexpected situations.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Driver’s license (preferred).
