Creating a friendly environment and delivering positive resident experiences
Handling enquiries related to residency, studies, and wellbeing
Monitoring and reporting safety and wellbeing concerns
Performing administrative duties such as mail handling and filing
Candidate Requirements
Experience in reception or hospitality is advantageous
Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
High computer literacy and adaptability to new systems
A caring attitude
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Recent Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
Availability for 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday
