* Manage commercial property portfolios and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Resolve asset issues promptly and handle lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in Real Estate Property Management and experience in property management. They will also possess strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive work ethic.
