Regional Sales Manager – Automotive & Industrial
Location: Perth-based, covering WA & South Australia (with limited NT responsibility)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the automotive and industrial products sector for a Regional Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing markets, and representing quality products.
The Role
* Manage and grow sales across WA and South Australia
* Build strong relationships with retail and distribution partners
* Identify promotional and display opportunities in-store
* Deliver product training and staff support
* Attend trade events and support marketing initiatives
* Provide regular sales reports and insights
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
About You
* Proven experience in sales or business development (automotive, industrial, tools, or FMCG backgrounds considered)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident presenting to groups
* Willingness to travel regularly across the region
* Passion for sales and customer engagement
