About the role.
As a Senior Associate, you will undertake complex policy or project work to:

6. Facilitate service delivery reforms or major initiatives
7. Provide well researched and sound options by identifying emerging issues on which the Department can rely for effective decision making or delivery.

You’re eager to make a difference to the communities of NSW
8. You have appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience and training.
9. You have experience in developing and implementing service delivery reforms, strategic initiatives or interagency projects.
10. You have experience in leading and project managing complex, cross-agency policy projects.
11. You are solutions-focused, work well under pressure, and can proactively manage competing demands and changing priorities.
12. You have a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage senior decision-makers with confidence.
13. You have experience in undertaking multiple aspects of the policy process, such as data analysis, research, co-design, submission writing, commissioning and evaluation.
