We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute executive to lead customer acquisition, omni-channel delivery, and regional brand performance across the Asia Pacific region, with a significant focus on Australia.

About the Role
As the leader of the consumer growth agenda across diverse markets, you will drive the strategy, performance, and execution of the B2C segment across the Asia Pacific region.
You will report into the regional leadership team and own the B2C P&L, driving integrated, omni-channel sales and marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the regional sales and marketing strategy, translating global objectives into actionable go-to-market initiatives that drive accelerated revenue growth, enhanced profitability, and market share expansion.
* Represent the consumer segment at the APAC regional leadership level, driving cross-functional alignment and regional consistency.
* Champion an organisational mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational discipline.
* Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging customer segments, and untapped product potential to accelerate regional expansion and revenue diversification.
* Translate complex market intelligence, competitor insights, and evolving consumer behaviours into actionable strategies.
* Balance centralised strategy with local responsiveness, tailoring execution for both mature and emerging markets.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
* Build, scale, and empower high-performance sales and marketing teams across the APAC region, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and strategic impact.
* Design and implement robust commercial structures, incentive frameworks, and capability development programs to enable team effectiveness and scalability.
* Serve as a strategic coach and mentor, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and structured career development pathways.
Sales Execution & Revenue Operations
* Lead high-performing, cross-functional sales teams across digital, telesales (inbound/outbound), field, and referral channels.
* Oversee end-to-end revenue operations, including demand forecasting, pipeline optimisation, and sales enablement strategies.
* Develop and refine pricing architectures and promotional strategies to maximise conversion, retention, and customer value.
* Drive performance optimisation through robust forecasting, conversion analytics, and sales governance frameworks.
* Maintain full P&L ownership for the B2C division, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and financial discipline across all acquisition and conversion channels.
Customer Experience & Omni-Channel Delivery
* Deliver a seamless, best-in-class omni-channel customer experience across web, mobile, voice, and face-to-face environments.
* Drive digital transformation to support personalisation, accessibility, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing Strategy & Digital Performance
* Own the regional B2C marketing strategy, including digital lead generation, brand positioning, campaign execution, and local activations.
* Leverage SEO/SEM, paid media, social engagement, and marketing automation to drive brand awareness, inbound volume, and customer retention.
* Champion data-driven marketing through segmentation, customer insights, CRM analytics, and journey mapping to optimise targeting and lifetime value.
Collaboration & Innovation
* Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies.
* Act as the voice of the customer (VOC), influencing product innovation and service enhancements based on real-time feedback and market insights.
What You Will Bring
* 10+ years in senior-level sales and marketing leadership, with a track record of driving B2C growth across regional or international markets.
* Proven success scaling omni-channel revenue models across digital, telesales, referral, and in-field channels.
* Experience leading B2C marketing strategies, including campaign execution, digital performance, and brand development.
* Strong leadership of distributed and culturally diverse teams across geographies.
* Industry experience in logistics, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or other premium, high-touch consumer service sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed global environments, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the discipline to deliver performance outcomes at scale.
* Deep understanding of consumer behaviour across cultures, supported by high data fluency—CRM, analytics, attribution models, and dashboards.
* Proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
* Ability to adapt and lead in both mature and emerging markets.
* Familiarity with modern marketing tools and frameworks (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is advantageous
