Job Summary
Lead and Coordinate the Construction and Operations of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) to Ensure Compliance with Design, Safety, and Environmental Standards.
Direct Daily TSF Activities, Manage Supervisors and Crews, Oversee QA/QC Compliance, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation, while Liaising with Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Dam Construction, Embankment Raises, and Water Management.
* Develop and Mentor Supervisors and Crews.
* Oversee QA/QC Compliance, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation.
* Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
This is a fully remote role available for candidates who can work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Requirements
1. Experience in leading TSF construction and operations teams.
2. Strong understanding of design, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective QA/QC procedures.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
