Our organisation is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Senior Consultant. This position will be responsible for providing expert advice and support across various human resources (HR) matters, focusing on best practices related to the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR within a professional services or corporate environment, with expertise as an HR Business Partner. A degree in Human Resources is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with internal client groups on all people & culture related matters and provide coaching where necessary.
* Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective people & culture strategies that align with business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation frameworks and policies by providing advisory services.
