At Clinical Team Leader
, you will oversee the strategic direction and service delivery for disability and complex needs services at Western Plains Correctional Centre.
Your key responsibilities will include leading a multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical guidance, collaborating with custodial staff and external agencies, and ensuring accurate data reporting and contributing to staff training and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you must hold or be eligible for general registration as a psychologist, be eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers, be credentialed as a mental health nurse, or register as an occupational therapist.
