The Position
- Hands‑on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading a team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events
- Oversee catering operations and stock controls, ensuring OH&S; and HACCP compliance with a solid focus on minimising waste
- Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes
- Champion food safety and quality, with close attention to allergens and dietary requirements
The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within high‑volume or structured environments
- Confident leader with proven experience in training, developing, and engaging teams
- Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
