About the role
Predominately based in Angaston and reporting to the Marketing Manager – Discovery, the Assistant Brand Manager will implement brand strategies, brand positioning and go-to-market activities across a number of our key brands.
Key requirements
Assist the brand team to develop and implement brand strategies across multiple communication platforms.
Work closely with key stakeholders including Agencies, Customer Marketing, Sales and internal functions to coordinate brand activities across multiple campaigns and activations.
Contribute to brand style and tone ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consistency of implementation in market.
Development and coordination of customer presentations, sales tools, point of sale and promotional materials in line with brand strategies and guidelines.
Community management across assigned brands including relevant social media channels and email.
Use a full suite of marketing insights to report on brand health and performance over time. Measure and report the performance of all assigned marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Manage and report on marketing expenditure and assist with volume sales and pricing forecasts as required.
About you
Previous experience in a Marketing Coordination role, preferably with wine/alcohol, brand experience and FMCG knowledge and a solid understanding of supporting and contributing to a brand marketing team.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce discipline are essential. Awareness of the full marketing mix is highly desirable and the ability to manipulate data, analyse and report on insights as directed.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships, manage competing priorities and foster a sense of curiosity and continuous improvement is desirable.
