Key Responsibilities
* Deliver mail correspondence and ensure a warm welcome for new residents
* Engage with stakeholders, including residents, visitors, community groups, contractors and colleagues
* Process monthly invoicing and banking tasks efficiently
* Foster a safe, caring and inspiring environment that supports residents in their daily lives
* Perform general duties delegated by the Community Manager and provide vital support during absences
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer-facing Administration or Reception environments (essential)
* Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software systems
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate work effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Current Police Check certificate (required) and COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (mandatory)
