Following the appointment of a new People Director ANZ, the People function is being reimagined to strengthen strategic alignment, performance outcomes and leadership impact. This newly created Head of HR Business Partnering role is central to that evolution.
Keep It Simple: Re-imagine Business Partnering
Reporting to the People Director ANZ, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a best-practice business partnering model across the region.
* Act as a true strategic partner to senior leaders – aligning people strategy with commercial priorities.
* Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting standards of excellence, clarity and accountability.
* Establish and embed a clear partnering framework – defining "what great looks like" in how HR supports, challenges and enables leaders.
* Navigate complex, regulated environments with sound judgement and pragmatism.
* Partner effectively with global Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, OD and Resourcing) to deliver locally relevant, globally aligned solutions.
* Drive workforce planning, organisational design and leadership capability initiatives that enable sustainable performance.

We are seeking a commercially sharp and values-aligned HR leader who brings:
* 10+ years' HR Business Partnering experience, operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
* Proven experience leading and coaching a team of HR Business Partners.
* Exposure to regulated environments (highly regarded), ideally within a technology-enabled or digital workforce.
* Experience working in a multinational matrix environment, partnering with global Centres of Expertise.
* A strong work ethic, pragmatic thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* The ability to navigate complexity, influence outcomes and challenge constructively.
* Alignment to Entain's purpose and values – delivering performance, responsibly.
